There simply aren’t companies that give that kind of services that fast, so THANK YOU!And second, I have to mention how AMAZING Chris was with his craftsmanship! He is an asset to your company as I’m sure you would agree! The job is PERFECT! And I have to say it’s not very often when I can be on the receiving end of such comedy. With so much vulgarity out there, most comedians are difficult to watch or listen to. Chris on the other hand is a GEM! I sat in my kitchen at my computer and he had me is stitches as he continually made comments to himself about what he was doing. He was a joy to have around! A really funny guy!

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and Chris for all you did to correct the issue with our family room carpet. I came to you in a panic leaving a desperate call for help due to an accidental bleach spot in the carpet. You returned my call stating you heard the panic in my voice and didn’t want me to go the weekend without hearing from you. After a few suggestions you came up with the best possible solution and with expert craftsmanship by Chris, he wove in a piece of carpeting patiently matching the pattern and it looks terrific. We are beyond pleased and satisfied.

As we celebrate the holidays and look back on 2016, we want to express our thanks for the wonderful job done by everyone at Ultimate Interiors in our home this summer. Our kitchen and bathroom floors are BEAUTIFUL! Mark, Chris, and Nick are all excellent at their jobs. They are all very friendly too. You have a great crew.
Mark guided us through the process, helping during a difficult situation, as the job was not planned but a result of water damage. He was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company too.When we arrived at the showroom, we already had an idea of what “look” we wanted and you had just the thing. Mark continually checked in at the house to see the progress and make sure we were happy.
Chris and Nick were professional, prompt, and left the place tidy at the end of each day. All the guys worked with us to choose the layout of the tiles. They explained everything they were doing as the work progressed.
